NOWAVE Cannabis Processing Facility

The primary building spans 300 feet in length and 100 feet in width, resulting in a generous storage area totaling 30,000 square feet. The site work has provided some challenges with it’s diverse and fluctuating soil profiles. The reinforced Mat slab foundation provides a sturdy base for a pre-engineered metal building frame system.

In addition to the building, on the eastern side, a 22-foot-long by 20-foot-wide covered loading dock is supported by its own reinforced Mat slab foundation.
