Skyview Park Senior Housing by PathStone Corporation
Construction progress is well underway where we are transforming the old Sears building in Irondequoit into a senior housing facility. Three new courtyards are being added to the existing space by removing large sections of the floor and roof structures. In addition, a new 4 story building is being added next to this transformed space and will be connected via a pedestrian bridge. We worked with Passero Associates and EC4B to bring this design to fruition. HSE provided complete structural engineering design services for this project.
