Description:

This proposed facility is a one story addition to the existing structure of approximately 18,000 s.f.. Approximately 11,800 s.f. of that area is to have a concrete slab-on-grade first floor with the remaining 6200 s.f. to be a structural slab over a full depth basement with reinforced concrete masonry foundation walls. The addition also includes an elevator shaft, covered porch and drive thru on the east side. The roof system design was accomplished using a light gauge metal structural system.
